Dear Backers,
Thank you once again for your patience and support for Dungeon and Potions - Treats and Dragons. We know shipping is very late, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we carefully move forward.
✅ First Wave – Books Only
To ensure we can start fulfilling rewards as soon as possible, we will begin with a first wave of deliveries.
This wave will include only backers whose pledges contain books (hardcover and/or paperback) without any add-ons.
If your pledge includes add-ons, your rewards will be shipped in a later wave, once those items are finalized and ready to send together.
💰 BackerKit Shipping Payment
Backers included in this first wave will receive a notification through BackerKit with the shipping payment request.
Once you receive the notification, you will have three weeks to complete your shipping payment.
After this three-week period, the first wave will close. Only backers who have paid their shipping fee within this time frame will receive their books in this round.
🚚 What Happens Next
📦 Books-only pledges: If you pay your shipping fee in BackerKit within three weeks, your books will be included in the first wave of shipments.
📦 Pledges with add-ons: You will receive your full rewards in a later wave once all additional items are ready.
We know this has taken longer than expected, and we are grateful for your patience as we work step by step to deliver your rewards. Your support means everything, and we are committed to fulfilling the entire project in full.

First and foremost, we want to apologize for the long silence. We understand the importance of regular updates, and it was never our intention to leave you without news for so long. Today, we are here to explain what has been happening behind the scenes and to reassure you about the future of our project.
Over the past months, we have been working diligently to prepare all the components of Dungeons and Potions: Treats and Dragons, including some exciting add-ons we promised during the campaign. Our goal has always been to ship everything in one package to avoid multiple shipping costs, which would be higher for everyone. Unfortunately, one of the main reasons for our delay was an unexpected setback with one of our manufacturers. We were scammed, which not only cost us financially but also significantly derailed our timeline. This was a tough lesson, but it made us more vigilant in our partnerships. We have since found a reliable manufacturing partner and have been making steady progress. We are committed to ensuring that every backer receives what they ordered. To this end, we promise that everything will be ready for delivery in a single shipment within a maximum of three months from now.
We are incredibly grateful for your patience and support during this challenging time. We are doing everything we can to make sure we meet our new timeline without compromising the quality of the products you are eagerly waiting for.

Attention Backers,
We are nearing the completion of our Dungeons and Potions Treats and Dragons books. To those backers who have yet to provide their custom recipe instructions, we have extended a final 7-day period for submissions.
If we do not receive your instructions within this timeframe, we will proceed with finalizing the book without your custom recipes. Please understand that this is necessary to ensure timely delivery.
The PDFs will be sent out after the required copyright processes are completed, which we anticipate will be about two weeks .

Digital Copies Release: We are pleased to announce that all digital copies will be sent out by the end of June. Keep an eye on your inboxes, and get ready to dive into the magical worlds we've created together!
Physical Copies & Additional Products: Following the delivery of digital copies, we will shift our focus to preparing the physical copies and any additional products you've ordered. We are committed to ensuring that each item meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Address Updates: To ensure that your physical copies and products reach you without any issues, please log into your Backerkit accounts and verify or edit your receiving addresses by the end of June. After June, we will lock the addresses, and everyone will receive a price for their deliveries based on their pledge level.
