Survey Update: We're also gearing up to send out the BackerKit surveys. In collaboration with the advice from the BackerKit team and Kickstarter, we've decided to send these surveys at the beginning of next week. This delay is intentional – it allows backers who are experiencing issues with failed payments on Kickstarter to resolve these matters. We believe it's important to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to update their payments and receive their surveys seamlessly.
As the window for updating payments will close by the end of this week, we plan to send out the surveys following this closure swiftly. This way, we can move forward together without leaving anyone behind.
